Focus of Centre:

To identify appropriate technological aids and software to provide Information Technology for the purposes of education, vocation, recreation and communication for adults with significant physical disabilities.

The Technology

16 permanent PC workstations to offer educational, vocational, recreational and communication opportunities.

There is also a dedicated multimedia PC for the development of video editing, digital photography and sound recording editing.

Additionally 2 permanent PC workstations dedicated to the development of participation in musical expression. Other equipment included are sound beams and an interactive white board. Computers are networked and have access to the internet.
