These skills are practised and learned through projects like EnhamBay, Photography, Computer Animation, New Media & Project Admin.
In Cedar prints’ Karten Centre, clients are also responsible for producing bespoke mugs and canvasses to a high-quality standard for customers in and outside of Enham.
The Clients:
All of the projects in the Karten centre run on a 12-week programme, and are available to residential, supported living and day clients at Enham.
The clients take on the majority of the responsibilities of running the required tasks set for each project, with members of staff always on-hand to support and guide when necessary.

The Karten Centre provides Development Opportunities for over 50 people each week with the learning covering a wide range of software. As well as basic IT training, clients are encouraged to participate in real work projects such as ebay sales, a regular community lunch, reservations for the guest room and a cleaning project. Clients then use their IT skills to deal with all aspects of administration for these projects using databases, spreadsheets and word processing to maintain accurate records.
