The Clients

The importance of “outreach centres” is truly seen here. These are clients who do not fit the criteria for either the National Insurance Institute, or the Israeli Ministry of Defense in funding the assessments or paying for the equipment if assessed in one of the established CTECs. These are the people who fall between the cracks because of sudden illness, progressive disease or cognitive disturbance and who do not have the financial means to pay and most of whom will be unable to return to the workforce.
Approximately between 80-100 clients use the centre weekly
