Landmarks is a thriving, Specialist College for people with learning difficulties and disabilities. The College offers a wide range of programmes which are individually tailored to meet a variety of needs. We are located in an idyllic setting in a site of outstanding natural beauty which provides a tranquil environment in which to learn and work.

We have a mixture of educational funded learners, Life skills learners, day care provision and Supported internship learners, Personal program funded learners and school links.

Assistive Technology
At landmarks, we use iPad apps to assist the different needs of our learners. This may include sensory apps or educational based applications. We also use Big key keyboards for learners who struggle to use the standard size keyboard. We also use software called 'In Print 2' to help learners understand text where needed.

The college is open 9:30am - 3:30pm for learners, Monday - Friday.
Services offered to the Network
We currently run a really good Supported Internship program for learners to help them into paid employment. They express a place of interest and we sort out a placement for the learner to suit their needs. This has been very successful so far at Landmarks. Some of our learners are now in paid employment with their chosen work placement.
