Clients
Our service users have acquired brain injuries and challenging behaviours.
Disabilities
The disabilities range from sight, some are unable to walk and psychiatric.
Technology used in the Karten Centre
We have a range of desk top computers and laptop, with specialist keyboards and various mouse designs. We also have a whiteboard and overhead projector.
Karten Centre Staff
We have approximately 200 staff members, working on a shift pattern of days, lates and nights.
Karten Centre Hours
The service is open to service users during their session times and evening or when they would like to use the facilities.
Partnerships
We are in partnership with The Retreat and have links with other services within The Disabilities Trust.
